Biggest one for me: If you are a closer, help out your other closers so they will be more inclined to help you close too.
This includes changing out the chai, mocha, frap roast etc. at like 3:00pm if your Starbucks is slow. You'll eventually begin to gauge when.

Make a cheat sheet on a sticky note with pumps and shots for each size. Then stick it on the espresso machine when you’re on bar. It’s such a small but easy thing to mess up and really helps you feel confident with having a safety net

stared in January honesty takes time and practice. the thing that took the most time for me personally was remembering where the buttons were to ring up customer in lobby and in drive but agin with practice i’m now able to do it fine. i wouldn’t sweat it tbh everyone was new at some point just ask questions when needed
i also looked up like the number of shots/ syrup pumps goes in hot and cold drinks and had that on a pice of paper in the pocket of my apron to look at when starting to learn bar !!!

Honestly babe it just happens. there’s no trick to it. I personally kept a short cheat sheet in my phone’s notes to go back to if i need it, but you just have to stick through the process of being a green bean and you’ll figure it all out soon. best of luck! it’s worth it!
