So when I was hired a few months ago I thought I remembered seeing somewhere that we are supposed to be evaluated and get a certain percentage raise once a year. However, nobody at my store has ever gotten that and most are making the same rate they got when they were hired. Am I remembering that wrong or do I need to be pissed off? 😂

Honestly it may have been like that before the pandemic. But since everything hit the fan, things have been different. We got raises for catastrophe pay, now we are getting one to get everyone at the "new minimum" plus how long you've been here. Idk what's going on anymore lol.

Yeah I know about that one. But I thought I saw something about yearly ones. Maybe not tho
