HELLO LOVES!!! I am currently a barista of about a year and half, i have a trainee under my belt and my store is opening for a new shift. i got the interview but I’m also going up against three other people who are very good. just looking for some reference on questions i may be asked and things to say to help me stand out!!!
it’s not about being the best on bar, fastest on ovens, or friendliest on dtr. it’s about being a leader, coaching, taking on responsibilities & knowing what to look for to keep production going. some people are just way better at being a barista than a supervisor, and vice versa. look over the hub to see the shift supervisor approach and memorize that.
