CSR: Clean Safe Ready
They’re the cards that say what the cleaning tasks for each station are throughout the different day parts and are used in conjunction with the clean polar and station assessments to keep the store’s health and safety standards in place.
The CSR cards should be located somewhere convenient where all partners have east access to them. There’s four cards per station, one for open, early mid-day, afternoon, and one for night/close. In theory, during each day part, the partner at said station does the tasks for said station, and then puts that card on the “complete” side of the rack for the cards. Then, at the end of the night, the “to do” side of the rack will be empty and the “completed” side will have all four cards, and the closing SSV moves all four cards back over to the “to do” side for the next day. No one actually uses them. I’ve worked at six stores. No one uses them.
