hey! i was just trying to get some answers (as my manager hasnt been very helpful) but i wanted to know when open enrollment for benefits like insurance is? as i am trans and trying to get top surgery and theres no way i can do it without insurance. so im just looking to know when i'll be able to apply as i would like to get the process going asap. any help is appreciated thank you!!

open enrollment is in August with coverage beginning October 1st at the start of the fiscal year

I would check into to see if they will pay for the surgery & some insurance consider certain operations as cosmetic & want pay
