So I’m a barista trainer right now but am hoping to get hired as a shift soon. If I’m hired before august will I still get the 19 an hour when it goes up?

I’m pretty sure it’s based off of barista pay so if you’re a barista prior to May 02, 22 your base will be 15.00 and then the 27% difference will be applied to that as the shift “base pay”.

Yes. When all baristas go to $15 all shifts go to $19.05. There is a 27% difference between starting pay for those positions.
