^^^ yeah when I had my interview i looked at the dress code and dressed as if I could have just put on an apron and started then and there

She'll be fine as long as she isn't wearing something with tons of holes or something super risque. Business casual!

For me, I just wore a basic white button up and black pants and black flats. I was making sure I looked suitable for the interview. I also had my hair in a tight bun.

i am probably the most useless person to be answering this considering my interview was on zoom, but honestly i would just look up the starbucks dress code and wear something within those guidelines. they aren’t expecting you to be dressed fancy and honestly most stores are so understaffed they are just looking for someone that looks and acts decent enough to hire. jeans and a plain top would probably be fine.

Jeans or other similar comfy pants and a nice ish top. She doesn’t need to sweat it tho it’s still a minimum wage job lol

Slacks or nice jeans. Some sort of button up, polo, or other business casual top. Flats, boots, or nice leather type sneakers.

a good tip is to wear our dress code color palette ! black and white obv, gray, navy, and khaki/brown. wearing green is against our dress code actually! for a summer interview i would say a long skirt or nice pants if your weather still allows it. also a dress shirt, semi formal, with dress flats and minimal jewelry. hair pulled back looks good as well. i don’t recommend strong perfume or tank tops . good luck!
