Fucking same. SSV here, been there ~3 years. Burnt out as fuck with the corporate bullshit. Only way i get to relax after work now is a few shots to help me sleep. Considering moving to proper bartending. Pay is better and you don't gotta deal with the corporate buzzwords and managerial bullshit (last one depends on where you work, ymmv, but the managers won't be corpo slaves at the very least). Just slinging drinks and makin people happy. I'm with you though. Fuck this bullshit company, fuck it's customers and it's carrot-on-a-stick benefits, fuck the promises corporate makes, fuck the corporate backtracking and the bullshitting, but most of all
