Anyone have any idea why my partner number doesn’t work? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I just started at Starbucks about a week ago, and I’m able to use my partner number to clock in but that’s it. As far as I know no one else on my team had this issue when they started, so I’m curious if any of y’all had any ideas.

are you asking about using it to mark out and whatnot? it should work unless someone’s entering your digits incorrectly, just double check with that. it might not work 100% if you’re just starting out so just be a little patient but if it continues try to let your manager know or something of the sorts to get it sorted
