even without the bladder issues they should be letting u go to the bathroom ?? the right to access a toilet is a basic human need ur shift can't keep u from going. have u tried to talk to ur manager about it?

yes!! what bugged me was she disregarded the health issues and told me regardless I should be clocking out first. I talked to him about after it happened, she was watching as I did. He said he needs to check policy but I’m going to start keeping track of all the things that happen and hopefully it can be resolved!

I’m a little confused. Are you being told to go on your lunch then going to the bathroom before clocking out? Or are they saying “no you shouldn’t go to the bathroom if your lunch is coming up, just hold it”?

Yes I’m going before I clock out. Not intentionally, it happens maybe once a week and I always let them know if I have to run off real quick first.

What would my accommodation be? I’m not leaving the floor frequently I just happen to have to go before my lunch sometimes and can’t wait when the ipads are taking too long
