I was hired last November and the questions they asked were general interview questions like about how would i handle situation A, how would i handle a disagreement with a coworker etc. However, I had to answer with the STAR method. Situation, Task, Action, Result. I would take some time to research STAR if I were you and formulate some basic answers that you can use for different questions.

I can't speak for what the current interview questions are like, but some good questions to ask:
"What behaviours do you see in your best partners that help them succeed/make a good third place?"
"Can you talk me through the process baristas go through to hone their skills and get promoted within the company?"
Any questions about what benefits are for or how they get accessed, like college or healthcare
Any questions that frame you as hardworking and wanting to know how to improve your job skills, basically you want to show that you give a fuck about the work you do and want to get better over time
This one's more of a general interview question, and I recommend googling "common interview questions" and "best questions to ask in a job interview," but another good one to ask is "Based on my resume/CV and my interview, is there anything you've seen that makes you unsure about whether you want to hire me?" That question opens the door for you to clarify why something may be relevant job experience or reassure the interviewer that you are someone they want to hire, as well as giving you future advice for what not to do
