I really enjoy working in a coffeeshop, but I am getting tired of working for Starbucks. I dislike the culture of Starbucks and am interested in working in either a different coffee chain or a small coffeeshop. Would it be worth it? The only Starbucks benefit that I actually use is Spotify. Other than that, I won’t be missing out on much.
