Are you only allowed so many that are pending?
I decided to be proactive and take off several days that I have appointments for my mom and daughter. It's obviously pending, but I've only requested two of the five days I need off. Is this a thing I wasn't aware of?
This is why I always put off dealing with this stupid website, the hoops and half the time it doesn't even work. 😒

There isn’t a limit. They just go to the SM to approve or deny.

I JUST barely found out in California you can used paid sick leave for the days you need off for Dr appointments 🥲 I thought we couldn't this whole time. This might save you the pending ro's. I'd check your local laws and then ask your sm about how to enter it if it's allowed!

Please talk to your manager. It's possible other people requested time off first. We can't help. You need to talk to your manager.

Of course I will, I'm just wondering if this was a fluke or if we're only allowed a couple requests pending at a time. (Like they have to allow the time off before requesting more).
I'm not worried about it other than just being curious if this is a website thing.
