We almost got people to understand that there was no secret menu, then they made it worse than it ever was originally

There was only one customer just was always happy to make the tik tok Fraps for. Only ordered them when it was slow, wrote the recipe down, showed me the video if it was layered or something, always tipped $5 and gave each of us a Christmas card every Christmas. Idk what she put in the others but she'd always put like $50 in mine thanking me for always putting up with her drink shenanigans

My new rule is that the recipe must be written down and I refuse to watch video recipes. I had one guy fight me and begin blaring a video and I about lost it.
