Starbucks Baristas: The daily grind

I’ve always been told that when the schedule is being made that ssv’s get their desired amount of hours first and then whatever hours are left get divided between the baristas. Isn’t that correct? If so, please tell me that is on the hub and I can print it out. 🙏🏽 (self.starbucksbaristas)

I think it’s just how they do it bc they HAVE to have a shift in charge of well the shift I’ve seen my sm place the shifts first bc they usually have the same schedule and the barista last

I’m not sure what the correct way to do it is, but my manager did tell me she hand writes the ssv’s schedules and lets the system generate barista schedules.
