A while back I made a post about how to report an employee who was making transphobic and homophobic remarks to me and to two other queer employees. After I reported her I later found out she has a secret relationship with a shift lead. And today this morning I was terminated by corporate because that shift lead and his girlfriend wrote a false incident report about me. What do I do? Can I collect an employment??? they forced me to sign those papers so does that negate unemployment??

I'd report it to the labor board. Retaliation, false reporting, and loss of job due to you reporting harassment at work. Don't even call pcc, their end goal is still protecting sbux

What papers did they force you to sign?

Notice of separation

If I remember correctly, the signing is you acknowledging the conversation you had with your manager. Not necessarily admitting guilt or anything.

Why would you ever sign anything? You literally just walk away. You need to report it to the labor board.
