yeah it’s actually really infuriating… I had to deal with a customer who wanted two extra shots on top of his caramel macchiato after it was already made. i told him he would have any space for that, plus our like was already so long i just didn’t wanna deal with it. anyway, he insisted that i pour some out and then add the shots on top, so I did (charged him for it) and have it to him.

he comes back a few minutes later complaining that his drink is too watered down.

my guy, you ordered an iced caramel macchiato with nonfat milK, then wanted me to add TWO Extra shots on top of the already cold drink. what the hell did you expect
