Never tried egg bites, I work at a licensed store and don't get anything free so I just haven't bothered to buy them. Been there for a year and a half lol

I cut them up into small chunks before I’ll double, maybe triple toast them.

The one and only time I’ve eaten egg bites I was so disappointed in the texture of the middle. Does cooking them crispy like this cook the inside more?

I even cook mine upsidedown & crispy. Sometimes I even cover them in sriracha before I cook them.

Had an old woman come in and ask for them triple toasted, warned her they were going to be burned and she was just like “hood thats how I like them”. A couple minutes later I pull them out they are actually black, pick them up with tongs, rock hard, basically bricks. You could hear the crunching from across the store😬🤢

Had a customer ask for them to be triple toasted in the height of this heat wave, and was offended when I asked if she wanted a drink to go with 😑 she was bashing people for getting coffee in this weather yet she only ordered burnt egg bites
