official standard is that they can only be the ones issued to us by starbucks/the ones available on coffeegear, but obvi it depends on the strictness of your store ig,,,, only your sm and asm can write you up tho so that's an empty threat from your shift LOL

depends on the store and the leadership. at my store, we’re allowed to wear any pins. at a store i covered at, they were only allowed to wear pins from some website, coffeegear i think. pretty sure that’s the official policy tho

i remember one of my shifts saying you have to wear official pins on either ur hat or apron idk. and then on ur hat or apron IDK I DONT REMMEBER 😭 u can wear unofficial pins
