Custies asking to shake their iced espressos. Anyone? (self.starbucksbaristas)

When customers order their iced espressos with all kinds of modifications, they used to order it through mobile. But recently i have noticed they just show the picture of the sticker and ask us to put it in at the cafe.
I have been getting custies asking to shake the iced espressos when they didn’t get ‘shaken espressos’.
I really want to charge them for shaken espressos but they obviously get mad at us for paying more. My manager will say just make the moment right.
What do you guys usually do if you have had these kind of customers?

I think there needs to be a shaken button with a charge just like blended

I still charge them for it. Because there’s a difference between just putting the shots and ice in the cup vs putting the syrups and shots and ice in the shaker and then putting it in the cup. I mean if they’re chill about it I’d probably let it slide but if they’re an ass… 😃

Like if they ask me to 'shake' it when I take the order, I tell them that is a shaken espresso, so I will charge them as shaken espresso. But it's more when they tell me when I am at the bar, they are like "Oh, can you shake my drink in the shaker". If I say anything around no or it's not standard, they pull the "well other starbucks" card. I still tell them we are not supposed to do it, but I will do it for them this time (to make the moment right) but I just don't want them to go to other stores and do the same :(

I’ve been getting iced espresso with white mocha shaken. And she’s the only one. Sooooo idk what to tell her honestly. I think next time I catch her I’m gonna ring it up as a shaken espresso with white mocha no classic no milk and tell her “well you said shaken”
