ahhh sorry everyone I just found out myself! I called my coworker (we both finished our shifts at this point) but she said the lady called our store and ended up letting us know she wanted mango dragonfruit refreshers. I often wonder how these adults function in society

I’ve had this happen, they told me they thought it was the strawberry açaí lemonade blended so I made them a blended strawberry açaí refresher with cream base and no inclusions which is what they wanted.

Blended refreshers don’t get base syrup or at least that’s what I was told. Or I could be reading this wrong which could be possible

You are correct by standard a blended SAR would not get base. I’m referring to this specific instance where a person wanted to order a SAR blended with base so order a blended strawberry lemonade but with no lemonade or fruit. They didn’t understand the components of the blended strawberry lemonade and that it didn’t have SAR too.

Ever since release of all pre blended beverages they ALL contain base. Which is the separating agent for the ice. So you don't end up with an icee

customers really don’t know what this drink is! on the same day, we got an order for a blended strawberry lemonade w/o lemonade (turns out they wanted a blended SAR) then an order for a blended strawberry lemonade w/o strawberry puree (turns out they wanted a blended lemonade, so at least that wasn’t super far off).
and yes, this was after the “blended” option was introduced
