when customers come in and start ordering, then i get to the part where i ask what size their drink was and sometimes they're like "what are the sizes" and i look at them right in the eye and say "small, medium, large"
then they look embarrassed and im satisfied.

i had someone order the large and he goes what’s the large and i say venti and he orders his whatever and then he goes wait no i wanted a grande . changed it to grande. then when he gets his drink, he goes is this the large cause i wanted the large.
