I have a coworker at my store who was SAed by another partner :( they reported it to our manager and nothing has happened, even upon further asks for help. Who knows what next steps looks like? Ethics and compliance? Partner resources? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Happened to me repeatedly for months, even told DM. the partner just had a couple meetings with the DM but they never got fired, eventually they quit thank god but corporate doesn’t really care about you.

Good luck, been there, reported them to my manager, nothing done except for retaliation, reported them to ethics and compliance, reported my manager for doing nothing, it’s been 5 months and I might quit.

Why didn't they get the police involved immediately? They shouldn't rely on sbux to protect them. They are going to play it very pc. They are not an actual legal entity.
