customer said "my name is trenta cup Xtra ice!" (self.starbucksbaristas)

I'm usually the type to just fix something for you if you're nice about it and made a genuine error while ordering but today a customer comes through our DT and at the speaker tells us shes ordered a cold brew under the name trenta something and we can't find it so she tells us it must be under the name steamed cream then... we find it under "steamed cream" it's a grande something cold brew in a venti cup with extra ice. Im at window and I hand it to her and she asks me if it's in a trenta cup to which I responded "no, sorry the sticker says venti so we put into a venti" she rolls her eyes at me and says "my name is trenta cup extra ice!" To which I just responded "actually the sticker says the name is steamed cream." She just drove off mad and I just couldn't stop myself from laughing at how crazy she sounded and I hope she realized how none of it made sense.

They literally expect us to read their mind. Another Reddit post mentioned a survey comment that said: "It goes without saying that I didn't want whipped cream on my almondmilk white mocha, but they put some." No. It doesn't go without saying. Unless you specify, the recipe calls for whipped cream. In that position, I would have erred on the side of caution and not put any whipped cream and then asked the customer, but the barista made the drink as you ordered it.

Same here but problem here was her name was "steamed cream" but she thought she'd put her name as "trenta cup extra ice" so whoever was on bar couldn't have known beforehand and I didn't care to ask her if she wanted it remade because she didn't even care to admit she made a mistake and ask for a remake. If you're going to be rude to me from the very beginning due to your own error I'm not going out of my way to make you happy, hopefully next time she checks what name she's using before placing her order.
