Are we allowed to put Kegs through the santizer machine? Our store was split on the answer to this

Yes, a weekly update a few weeks ago updated the guidance on this. You put them in upside down in the flat tray with a cube behind it to support it. Or you can fit four of them in at a time.

How do you fit 4? We can barely fit 2, our Hobart isn’t tall enough

I guess it depends on which model you have but you should be able to fit them in if you have a flat tray. It’s a tight fit but it works.

I’ve taken to using the keg lid(with the rubber seal removed) to prop up the keg in our hobart(it fits two kegs at once) that way everything gets a good clean.
