I’m a newer barista (legit hired in April) transferring from a Starbucks in a big city where I was making $15.94 to a town where baristas who have been working for a year make maybe $15. I’m about to transfer (old manager starting the process Monday)…. Will my pay stay the same? Anyone know anything about this? Thank you!
