I had a customer yell at me today because the sticker didn't say the name of the secret menu drink 😐 They order a strawberry refresher with a bunch of customizations. When I gave them their drink they said, "I actually asked for *the secret menu drink* and this says strawberry acai 🤨".
Sometimes I don't even have the mental energy for this anymore. like I would understand if it was a child or something but this was a fully grown woman. It's my job to make your drink but I shouldn't have to walk you through how your drink works atp 💀

Honestly i just explain to them straight up that we don't have a "secret menu" and that the secret menu is just customers coming up with stuff on their own. But that's really only if i have the energy to deal with their BS.
