suggestions on the best way to cook the impossible sandwich? (self.starbucksbaristas)

has anyone had any success in finding a way to cook the impossible sandwich without everything sliding off the super melted cheese? i eat them a lot as a vegetarian but it’s frustrating to lose half of the one slice of cheese when u cook it normally. thanks !!

probably have it cooked open face, whenever i do that i just have the cheese on one of the buns and let it melt onto that so it doesn’t get everywhere.

Take the cheese off before heating, add back and reassemble.
