I dont have to we dont have a case anymore but i used the egg trays

It shouldn’t ever be different… they should be in egg trays unless you’re out of the trays. On the store iPad, in store resources, they have a food case layout example that gets updated periodically and the food case should be set up accordingly.

we don’t have a case anymore but when i worked at stores that did we used egg bite trays

We use sirens eye on the iPad to set up the pastry case and the bites are always in egg trays unless we are out of the trays. I mean there is a picture of how it's supposed to look.
