I won Starbucks Partner of the Quarter- what does this mean? (self.starbucksbaristas)

As the title suggests I won this title yesterday but I wanted to know more about this award. I have been with Starbucks now for a year and I am quite laid back/indifferent towards my job at Starbucks so I was not expecting to win any award of this sort

You get a small bonus on your next paycheck iirc. Your trainer does too!

It’s pretty much just recognition and a I believe 50 or 75 dollar bonus (may also depend on area)
