bruh my store made us start selling the new stuff one day early today, so when someone ordered a paradise drink we had to ring it up as a refresher and write what it really was in the ask me, and we did the same for the chicken sandwich by ringing it up as a bacon gouda. because there was no button yet. because they come out TOMORROW. what the fuck difference would one more day make. i hate it here

my store put up the signs today for the new items and EVERY. SINGLE. CAR. was trying to order them and i was getting yelled at for false advertising since we weren’t selling them yet.

We put ours up too we had a few people ask but we explained to them that it starts tomorrow (today now) and we just put the new menus up so we're ready to go. They were all very understanding and are excited to come back.

My store isnt allowed to sell before launch. If the customer asks we have to tell them to wait til launch day & tell them we dont have the product yet, even if we do. Doesn’t matter if they throw a fit lol

We had three this morning as well. We get three of the bacon sausage "wrap" burrito every day as well. I totally thought the chicken patty was a hash brown for a minute.

tall summer 2 rant: prices went up again. a regular for three years told us today she can’t come back anymore bc it’s too expensive. THANK GOD!!!! one of our rudest and most particular customers. she had been coming absolutely every single day without fail and drove up our times every day bc she wanted to know exactly who was working and who made her drinks. it would probably be less expensive if you got ventis instead of trentas :/

I imagine it was probably a frequented item, given that they’re new, so having to take those extra steps would get annoying after a while. Especially during peak.
