They aren't allowed to ask why if you've found coverage but technically your SM can ask for you to submit or request a leave of absence after 3 shifts being covered. Your referral won't go in if you quit and they'd have to pass the 90 day probation period with most SMs. So if they plan to stay and you want the extra 200 something you'd have to stay another 90 days from when thwy first start.
