I believe they are talking about before the launch, there was a viral tiktok showcasing the pineapple refresher that got big like 3 weeks ago and it had many customers rushing to stores to get it, when it wasn't even out

Customers come in and ask for shit that isn't available yet, and when they're told no, many of them become aggressive.

It can also lead to employees getting fired if they're reported lol
