Are you a SSV/asm?
Starbucks cannot take nor request doctors notes. Only Sedgwick can, and that occurs when an LOA is initiated (if you’re absent , NOT using sick time for 3 consecutive shifts).
Anyone should call more than two hours before their scheduled shift if possible
