Starbucks has spent a ridiculous amount of money and 3rd place training.
Our training and the expectation has made us the Publix punching bag “cause maybe you are making their day better”
What about my day? Maybe my cat died but I’m here to pay the rent? Maybe my back is killing me because the shift wouldn’t let us put the mats down.
I wanted to cry yesterday when this lovely man just nicely (not creepy) smiled at me and asked me how was my day and how it was going.
Thank you kind sir

All the creepy male customers out there - take your creepy thoughts out of my store. PIGS. Does your wife know you act this way towards the 20yo ? Why? Leave the girls alone

Yoo literally. I have this one customer who stopped doing this but he used to ask for a stopper/splashguard and then when I would hand it to him, he would swipe his entire hand on my hand when he's going to grab the stopper from me. Disgusting. I told my manager and her response was "yea hes a creep. Hes divorced"

Oh yeah I also have a regular (with the driest hands you've ever seen) who makes sure to touch my hand every time I take his money, give him change, and hand him his drink. No matter how carefully I hand it to him.

Yepp lmao same. I would be holding the splashguard/stopper all the way from the very tip/edge and he would still be a creep and caress my hands as he's grabbing it. How desperate do you have to be to purposely touch somebody like that

Jesus lol sorry he does that. Really pathetic shit honestly
