i would say to ask him why he wants to meet your mom so badly. but in my experience confronting the situation can be bad. for example he can feel threatened and start treating you differently. my advice is to go to your dm or to the partner resource centre. i suggest that you tell your family as well if you’re comfortable and tell them to stay away for a little while and definitely keep your mom out of there. if may all be harmless and he could even think it’s an on going joke, but anything that makes you uncomfortable is not a joke and should come to an end. please say something about it if it continues and you are uncomfortable, you should never feel this way in the workplace.
