wow I know different stores have different demographics but literally anytime someone says “cold foam” at my store they mean VSCCF. they get upset when it’s not VSCCF.

we have a lot of people request nonfat cold foam with no vanilla. but we live in a pretty rich area with a LOT of cycling schools and yoga studios so people are pretty hesitant to the sugary drinks. lots of skinny vanillas even though that isn’t on the menu anymore

They said on the weekly update when they announced its removal that you can only request cold foam through drive or front by asking it made that way, I would either punch it as VSCF and type it in ask me or charge them for vanilla and nonfat and write in ask me but I can’t remember if they said exactly what to do in the update
