Going to be interviewed for the barista position and this is my first job interview ever. My heart is pounding I’m so scared.. I’m 18. Do I need to bring anything with me? identification,passport etc, will they ask me any certain questions. Plus any other additional information I should know 🥲 it would be so appreciated thanks so much

Breathe! It'll be okay :) They wanna know if you're good with customers and if you can handle a fast paced, stressful environment, mostly. I don't remember if you need to bring anything, I think they ask for your ID and stuff at orientation?

My honest advice about any interview; go in there KNOWING that you are a great employee and they'd be crazy not to hire you. Be confident! Don't be afraid of eye contact! Ask questions (shows actual interest imo)!

Wow this was so nice! 🥺 and gave me a breathe of relief. What if Ive never worked in a fast paced environment but I wanna learn how to. Do I just fake it til I make it?

I would tell them that! If ita your first job, it cant be helped, but a great attitude and a desire to learn are very important! If you have examples of times you dealt with something stressful (maybe a group project at school or something) and how you handled it, that might help too.
