I had one final written warning from a call out while my sister was in labor and it was due to miscommunication and i already tried to get it fixed with our DM and he didn’t help so i just kept it. A few times after i called out since i was scheduled outside of my availability and i expressed this multiple times to the SM and he scheduled me outside of it 4 times. i could only make one. Yesterday i had woken up late since i flew in last night very late and slept thru my alarm, i called saying i could still come in and was told it’s was fine but to come in tomorrow. that’s when i got it. I’m devastated. I was told the SM was starting to get strict after ive already been fired. I really liked working at starbs, i was wondering if i could reapply at a different starbs. I was thinking about transferring to one closer before this happened and told a coworker about it
