today someone ordered a black tea no water. she took a sip and so did 2 other people in her car and she said it tasted like fruit. i offered to remake it. i assumed the shaker just hadn’t been rinsed thoroughly and maybe some refresher base was in her tea. only then i found out the barista didn’t even use the shaker, just poured the tea and ice in the cup. so, we poured the drink into a different cup and i handed it back to the customer. she smiled big and said “much better thank you!” wow.

I had someone ask for something “lightly toasted” and I was like ummmm and just made it like regular and when I handed it out the window I was like “I was able to pull it for you early so it’s lightly cooked” and she was like “omg yess thank you it’s perfect!” 🤔

Or the opposite. Your getting the extra hot button. I’m not doing 182.5 degrees.
