Looking for the syrup/sauce/chai ratios for training!(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by OnlyPotRoast
Promise I’m not some customer tryna jack some info! I worked at a Tarbucks and left but now I’m going back to a stand-alone and I just want a refresh so that my first day I’m not stagnant and rusty 🙃 also just in case anything has changed.

They should be retraining you. All rehires or licensed to company operated partners get retrained. They don’t expect you to remember everything and be fully ready to go on your first day, plus Starbucks changes so much so often.

Oh I know. I just like to be on top of things. Especially when it’s somewhere I’ve worked before.

You’ll see the info in the online modules before going over it with your trainer!

are you asking how many pumps things get? it’s 2 3 4 5 for hot (short, tall, grande, venti) and 3 4 6 7 for cold (tall, grande, venti, trenta) and only hot chai gets water, i usually do like the size below on the milk pitcher, so like for a grande id steam a tall amount, and fill the rest with water bc i’m not actually sure either :^)

For chais the milk standard is pour to the short line for short/tall, tall line for grande/venti!
