On partner info when when it gives you your partner card it states that you can have it physically mailed to you, does anyone know how to do this or is this no longer an option

Yup it’s definitely still possible, I got a new one 2 months ago. Just go on the BOH computer and verify your address, it should be sent automatically

You need to select “lost card” on partner info and that requests a new card to send to you. I have a physical one.

I haven’t seen a new card mailed to anyone in years. Everyone just puts their numbers in the app.
