Hi all, I am a new SM at the airport and have my certification on Sunday morning. I'm unsure what to expect. Any hints and tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

at my store my ssv just asked me 4 questions like ex: which 5 fraps get mocha drizzle and stuff like that but maybe it is different but honestly if you are comfortable on bar you shouldn’t be worried about anything!

I’m an outside hire but I don’t work for Starbucks. I work for HMS Host at the airport.

I'm not sure what you're being certified in if you're not working for Starbucks. What involvement will you as a HMS Host SM have with this Starbucks, so we can try to figure out what you're preparing for?

I’m a Starbucks SM and I work at all 4 stores we run at the airport. We are still held to Starbucks standards so to work in the stores we have to pass the Barista certification.
