Current partner(barista) here. I have an interview to be shift supervisor coming up. What kind of questions can I expect? I've heard I might be asked to tell my starbucks story, what is meant by that?

Best piece of advice to make you stand out: bring a resume. It shows above all you know the importance of the position and interview. And are confident in providing evidence of who you are as an employee. It is also a good tool to keep yourself calm when asked questions regarding work ethic and responsibilities
