Out SM didn't tell us about any of the fun dress up days.
I moved to another state and my old store has an Instagram, they dressed up this whole week! I miss that store. The manager always made it fun and the coworkers were so goofy and hilarious.
My manager now is just like, boring and negative most of the time. I think we would all have more fun and feel more like we could be ourselves if it wasn't for the current SM. Sigh... I just want to have fun at work but the moral is kind of low, everyone seems beat.
I decorated the store for pride to try to bring some life in. I'm just going to keep trying to be festive and try to change the vibe

Just keep sharing ideas. Speak up for your partners because they might not have had the opportunity to experience some of those fun things before. The job is stressful and if you’re feeling it the team is feeling it.
