I have heard countless of my fellow partners complain about their hours randomly being changed by manager. Now considering this had never happened to me I couldn’t really do anything but, just to save my tail I grabbed a note book to start writing EVERYTHING down in context of my job. And I mean everything: when i clocked in/ out at what store on what day, when i revived tips and how much, when i revive mileage and how much. Even the talk about this manager changing hours stopped but, I still keep up with the notebook. Now here’s where my concern of what to do comes in… she decided to try to change my hours so obviously I disputed the change saying “I didn’t not clock out at this time I clocked out x minutes later at this time”. This dispute hasn’t changed at all on my app and the manager has yet to come up and talk to me. That’s not where my concern is considering that other partners have communicated this problem and I’ve now experienced it first hand with this manager and have the receipts. Should I talk to someone higher up about the issue?
