Best bet would be selling them in bulk on eBay. Most of the shirts they gave out are available on the $1 website for $11 to $12.75 new. So even if you sold them for $5 each, shipping would eat into that.
Other than that, you could try asking at a local store, but I doubt anyone would just outright buy them post-pandemic. Maybe try donating them to a store.
