go to your supervisor and say something along the lines of, “i’m looking to be the best barista i can possibly be and i was wondering if we could do a refresher on xyz drinks from scratch just to make sure i’ve got it all right. i don’t want to be building bad habits”
shows good initiative and no one is going to be upset at you for trying to improve your skills on bar

use the starbucks app to study the drinks and you could probably make flash cards as well

Nobody will be mad at you if you print or write down a lil sticky note cheat sheet for shots/syrups/pumps/exceptions at your bar!
I got it as my first job as 16 too and I am now a year in! It’s just muscle memory for me now but using a cheat sheet really helped build that
here are the guides and recipe cheat sheets i used when i first started working! i really hope this helps

Use the app to see what drinks get what! It helped a ton when I started. Your store may also have a set of recipe cards. If not, bring it up with your SM and they'll order them. I know a few stores around me let their baristas take the cards home to study. Ask a million questions. Eventually it will stick. I know it can feel annoying to ask, but I'd rather someone ask me over and over how many pumps a grande hot mocha gets than guess and have to remake the drink over and over. I personally studied at home, but you *do not* get paid for that, so don't let anyone tell you you have to. You will feel so much more confident and relaxed when you've got the steps down- don't fret now!

all grande drinks get four pumps of syrup unless it’s a frap, cold brew, or a macchiato. i would search through this reddit to find cheat sheets, write it down in a sticker note and keep them with you when you are on bar so you can refer back to them. don’t be afraid to ask questions or refer to the ipad recipe cards. you could even refer to the POS system or get the starbucks app on your phone to look at the drink builds. once you get the hang of it you will realize that all the drinks really follow a standard build and it’s not too confusing.
