How can I tell a story thru coffee? It’s part of the coffee masters program and I am really confused. TIA

Do you have a coffee that speaks to you? What was the first coffee tasting you did? Have you read about all of the coffees and their stories? What resonates with you? I led a meeting one time about planning and I brought pike as my tasting and talked about how I start every day with a cup of pike. It’s how I ground myself for the day and it’s part of my routine. It doesn’t have to be elaborate it just has to be personal

Does it have to be our brewed coffee or could it be espresso related? (NOT OP). But for my rehire interview, my hiring manager asked me “What made you want to come back to Starbucks?” And I legit told her a day/time that I was so happy and was able to connect with a customer who happened to be going through a tough time and he reached out to me on FB and thanked me for knowing him…we had a great and detailed conversation at that time and whenever I have a bad day I recall how just knowing someone’s name can change their day (and I’d relate that to the espresso blend ;p) hehe.

They love when you relate stuff to espresso because it’s the base of all our drinks

True. That makes sense
