FMLA allows for up to 12weeks total (unpaid) when you meet their eligibility (1yr of employment plus other requirements)

Same as the mother, 6 weeks paid plus you have the option to take another 6 weeks unpaid (or use sick and vacation pay). It's under parental leave. Check your states FMLA benefits they might be longer than sbux and you can apply for both at the same time.
